 Terms and Conditions of a Licence to Store Goods



MAIN CLAUSES
4 It is your obligation to secure the Unit. 

6 You have ownership of the Goods or authority to store them. 

8 Prohibited Goods – food, living, combustibles, firearms, chemicals, odorous, illegal. 

11 If required, with valid reason, you agree to move the goods to an alternative unit. 

14-16 You agree to pay additional charges as follows: Interest on late payment, unit damage. 

18 In the event of a Debt, we have lien over the Goods and a right to sell the Goods. 

19 It is your obligation to check that the Unit is suitable for the Goods 

21 We only insure the goods as per the insurance schedule you will have been shown. On accepting insurance, you agree to have read and accept the terms and conditions provided. The warranties, you are providing us include that the goods are not worth more that the true total value written above. Initial here 26 Termination of this Agreement – 2 weeks either way. 

29 You agree to tell us of any loss or damage as soon as reasonably possible.
